MERCADILLOS CALLEJEROS NYC

COMPRAS NAVIDEÑAS

Con la llegada de los fríos, cada vez van quedando menos mercadillos callejeros en las calles de Nueva York.

Aquí tenéis los correspondientes a Noviembre y Diciembre.

A mi particularmente me fascina la Fête du Noel que tiene lugar en Bryant Park.

Un precioso lugar junto la Public Library y que tiene como principal aliciente, no solo su entorno y situación, sino además  su pista de patinaje sobre hielo y sus precioso puestos de ventas de objetos navideños.

No se debe de olvidar pasar tambien por el Holiday Market de Union Square

Si hay algo que yo adore es la ciudad de Nueva York en la época navideña. No solo por la música y el ambiente en las calles. Los Santa Claus en los comercios o los asombrosos escaparates que montan todas las tiendas.

Nov 5 – Jan 2 – The Holiday Shops at Bryant Park
42nd St at Avenue of the Americas
Hours: Mon-Fri 11am-8pm, Sat 10am-8pm, Sun 10am-6pm

• A European style holiday market featuring handmade gifts and crafts.
  Bryant Park, between 40th & 42nd Sts & 5th and 6h Aves, Manhattan 

Nov 15-Dec 24 – Holiday Market at Union Square
14th St and Union Square, NYC
Hours: 11am-8pm (Closed Thanksgiving)

• A great source for Christmas and Hannukah gifts featuring over 100 vendors.
  Union Square Park, enter at 17th Street and Broadway, Manhattan  

Nov 14-Dec 24 – Grand Central Holiday Gift Fair
Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Central Terminal, NYC (Closed Thanksgiving)
Hours: Mon-Sat 11am-8pm, Sun 11am-7pm

• Located inside Vanderbilt Hall, the fair features distinctive gifts from over 70 vendors.Grand Central, 42nd Street and Park Avenue, Manhattan

Nov 26-Dec 24 – The Seaport Holiday Shops
Fulton and South Streets, NYC
Hours: 10am-9pm

• Featuring 25 vendors selling crafts and ornaments.  There will also be holiday
  light shows and Santa is available for pictures inside the South Street Seaport Mall.

Nov 30-Dec 24 – Holiday Market at Columbus Circle 
W 59th St and Broadway
Hours: Mon-Sat 10am-8pm, Sun 10am-7pm
